Screen Printing


Screen Printing is used for both small and large designs and is only limited by the number of colours in the finished design.

We are able to print onto a variety of clothing materials by applying different printing techniques.

We can print upto 6 spot colours (fig 1), matching any required colours with our Pantone Index Matching System.

We can also print in four colour process (fig 2) and create half tones.

Special effect inks are also available including glitter, glow, metallic, heat reactive and puff.

Printing Costs

Printing is priced according to:

*How many colours are in the finished design.
*Type of ink to be used.
*Number of prints.

We are able to suplly a wide range of garments, alternatively you may wish to supply us with your own garments for printing.

Origination Costs

There is a one-off charge for the creation of the screen or screens (depending on the number of colours to be used in the design). This is stored for any repeat orders.

Artwork

Finished artwork can be e-mailed or supplied on disk, our preferred file formats are:

* Vector based artwork (Corel Draw, Illustrator).
* Photoshop Files.
* PDF files.
* High Resolution JPEG files.

If however you are unable to supply finished artwork our Design Studio are here to assist you, any costs would be confirmed.
